GMP Auditor – Quality Systems Audits

About the role

Join Zentiva as a Quality Systems Auditor and act as the trusted expert assessing the quality systems of manufacturing partners, suppliers, and service providers across Europe and Asia. You will conduct independent GxP audits, drive continuous improvement, and help ensure patients receive high‑quality medicines while travelling internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and negotiate audit dates, prepare audit data and manage audit trips.
• Conduct GxP audits, write audit reports, request and review CAPA proposals, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain audit documentation in TrackWise and other systems, and review external audit reports.
• Participate in training, help develop the auditor training process and act as a lecturer.

Required profile

• University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, pharma technology, biology or related field.
• Minimum two years experience as a GMP/GDP auditor in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of working time, especially in Europe and Asia.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with TrackWise audit management system.
• Certification as GMP auditor (e.g., ECA, IRCA) is an advantage.
• Driving licence B and active driver status.
