HR Generalist – Part-Time (0.5 FTE)

About the role
Mondelēz is looking for an HR generalist to join its People Experience team and handle operational HR activities for its factories in Lovosice and Mariánské Lázně. You will be the main contact for production employees on personnel matters and take part in local projects and initiatives. The position is part-time (0.5 FTE) and fixed-term until the end of 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Learn the factory and provide comprehensive HR services across the organisation
- Manage core employee data in HR systems
- Handle HR requests from employees
- Keep all documentation up to date (contracts, amendments, exit documents)
- Recruit core employees, including interviews, agency communication and onboarding
- Continuously improve the range of HR services
Required profile
- Czech or Slovak and English speaking
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Comfortable working with colleagues and managers remotely
- Education in law, HR or a related field is an advantage
- Experience recruiting production positions, international companies or manufacturing environments is an advantage
