HR Support Assistant (Part-Time)

About the role

ABB's HR department in the ELDS division in Brno is looking for a long-term part-time assistant to support HR administration. The position reports to the Country HR Lead Czech Republic and the HR Business Partner ELDS. It suits a university student who can work about 20 hours per week, attending the office at least two days.

Key responsibilities

• Support the front-office HR office: handling operational requests from managers and employees, passing on exit documents and collecting signed employment documents
• Print, assemble and issue employment documents
• Organise and support internships and school visits for primary, secondary and tertiary schools, including internship agreements
• Organise and support employee training activities and foreign-language teaching
• Support new hires with onboarding packages and mandatory induction training
• Order office supplies for the HR department and support Talent Partners during recruitment
• Cover colleagues on leave with operational tasks

Required profile

• University student in a lower year of study, available for long-term cooperation
• Moderate to good English
• Ability to attend the workplace at least two days a week
• Reliability, care and independence
