HR Learning Operations – Improvement, Data & Insights

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will drive the employee experience agenda by enhancing the quality of learning delivery across internal and external teams. Reporting to the Service Experience Lead, you will refine processes, manage knowledge resources and analyse escalations to address root causes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement continuous improvement programs to optimise learning delivery processes and remove service imperfections.
• Maintain and evolve knowledge‑base articles and training materials to support HR Ops and GL&D Centres of Excellence.
• Develop and monitor Learning Operations dashboards, providing data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with suppliers, internal stakeholders and other functions to design and roll‑out new ways of working.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) with 3–5 years of experience leading Lean Six Sigma or similar improvement projects.
• Proven expertise in HR service delivery models and strong analytical and business‑acumen skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Six Sigma, Kata, Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI for data analysis and visualisation.
• HR analytics, HR automation and HR information management.
• Process design, process management and vendor management.
