Change Management Senior Specialist

About the role

The Change Management Senior Specialist will lead the Change Management Office within Global Business Solutions, ensuring that organisational changes are adopted strategically, with minimal disruption. You will partner with stakeholders across the company to drive initiatives, improve processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies, including readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Design and execute communication plans to keep all affected parties informed and engaged.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and address resistance.
• Provide training, coaching, and resources to managers and supervisors.
• Engage key stakeholders, manage expectations, and address concerns.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate change activities into project plans.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading organizational change management initiatives.
• Professional change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Political Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.

Required skills

• Prosci ADKAR model or ACMP Standard.
• Communication platforms such as Poppulo.
• Visual design tools like Canva.
• Project management software (Jira, Microsoft Project).
• AI‑enabled tools for drafting communications and synthesising feedback.
• Microsoft PowerPoint for storytelling and visualization.
