Influencer & Community Manager

About the role

As an Influencer & Community Manager you will build brand awareness for waterdrop® across CEE markets, focusing on influencer relationships, community activation and social media management.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, negotiating and onboarding influencers and ambassadors in Czechia, Slovakia, Poland and scaling the program to other key markets.
• Creating campaign briefs, approving content and managing community initiatives, events and loyalty programs.
• Daily publishing, moderation and engagement on Facebook and Instagram in collaboration with the Social Media Specialist.
• Preparing email campaigns, coordinating with agencies and internal design, and tracking performance using promo codes, UTM parameters and ROI.
• Optimising processes with automation and AI tools, managing the influencer budget and reporting monthly results.

Required profile

• Previous experience in influencer marketing and community management.
• Creative mindset with fresh ideas and a drive for innovation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data, track ROI and manage budgets.
• Positive attitude towards sustainability and a healthy lifestyle.

Required skills

• Social media management (Facebook, Instagram).
• Email marketing.
• Automation tools and modern AI applications.
