Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer

About the role

Capillary’s SessionM engineering team is looking for an Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to join its Prague hub. You will help design, deploy and monitor a global, cloud‑based SaaS platform that powers loyalty and rewards programs for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and monitor the distributed platform across multiple regions.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, cluster management and configuration tools.
• Develop automation code for high‑throughput IaC abstractions on AWS.
• Support team workflows, drive operational improvements and enforce engineering best practices.
• Participate in an overnight and weekend on‑call rotation to respond to system alerts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps, CloudOps or SRE role.
• Proficiency with AWS (or another major cloud provider) and IaC tools, preferably Terraform.
• Ability to code or script in Python, Go, Ruby or a similar language.
• Experience administering Linux and/or Windows environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and manage conflicts.
