Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead enterprise‑scale infrastructure programs and transformation initiatives in Prague. The role involves overseeing complex data‑centre migrations, virtualization, storage, disaster recovery and end‑user services while ensuring quality, budget and timeline commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects across Windows Server, Unix/Linux, VMware, storage, backup & recovery, disaster recovery, hosting and network infrastructure.
• Coordinate cut‑overs, migration planning, testing and go‑live activities, and drive readiness assessments.
• Engage with architects, operations, engineering teams, service owners and business stakeholders.
• Oversee third‑party vendors, lead governance meetings and executive status reviews.
• Maintain RAID logs, enforce security, compliance (GxP, SOX) and change‑management processes.
• Control project budgets, track CAPEX/OPEX, support procurement and financial reporting.

Required profile

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong infrastructure project management background.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale infrastructure transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor and risk management capabilities.
