IT Administrator – Infrastructure & User Support

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Active participation in IS/IT operations.
• Manage infrastructure including networks, servers, storage and end‑user devices.
• Provide user support across the organization.
• Collaborate on the implementation of individual IT projects.
• Create and maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation for IT technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in a technical or technical‑economic field (high school, vocational college or university).
• Basic knowledge of English, especially technical terminology.
• General knowledge of information and communication technologies.
• Familiarity with network technologies.
• Experience providing user support.
