IT Helpdesk Specialist (Dutch/French/German)

About the role

The TechBar Team in Prague provides IT support to over 10,000 colleagues across 9 countries. As an IT Helpdesk Specialist you will be the first point of contact for European employees needing technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle support requests via phone, video calls and ticketing system in Dutch, French or German (and English).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and mobile device issues remotely, using the knowledge base.
• Escalate complex cases to Level 2/3 and document resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Participate in service improvement and automation projects.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch or French or German, plus English.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Interest in computer systems, mobile devices and technology products.
• Collaborative communicator who enjoys teamwork.

Required skills

• Experience with omnichannel support tools and ticketing systems.
• Ability to remotely diagnose and resolve IT issues.
