Senior Technical Business Analyst (IAM / CIAM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced technical analyst to join our platform initiatives division. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and work on strategic projects covering system integration, identity management, DevSecOps and custom engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements.
• Translate needs into user stories, process flows and integration requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Support solution design together with architecture and engineering teams.
• Document system interactions, data flows and technical specifications.
• Assist with backlog management, testing and user acceptance testing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical business analysis in complex software or platform environments.
• Experience with system integration (preferably MuleSoft) and knowledge of CIAM or DevSecOps.
• Proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies, including creating user stories and managing backlogs.
• Strong ability to document system interactions, data flows and technical specifications.
• Fluent English communication and workshop facilitation skills.
