IT Recruiter (Headhunter / Sourcer) - Prague

About the role

D-ploy is an IT and engineering solutions company operating across the EMEA region and the USA, and is looking for an IT Recruiter (headhunter / sourcer) based in Prague. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates for IT and technical positions, working with recruiter coordinators and maintaining talent pools.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases and other channels, including passive candidates
• Reviewing CVs and online profiles and assessing candidates against position requirements
• Holding initial screening conversations to understand experience, skills and availability
• Contacting candidates directly and introducing relevant opportunities professionally
• Building and maintaining talent pools and developing targeted sourcing strategies for specialised, hard-to-fill positions
• Working with recruiter coordinators on open positions, priorities and candidate needs
• Maintaining accurate candidate data in the ATS and monitoring the effectiveness of sourcing channels

Required profile

• Previous recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition or similar experience
• Experience sourcing IT or technical candidates is an advantage
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
• Ability to manage several positions and priorities, work independently and collaborate with colleagues
• Candidates must declare a criminal record extract not older than three months

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
