IT Service Desk Analyst (German, French-speaking, Remote)

About the role

D-ploy is an IT and engineering solutions company operating across the EMEA region and the USA. It is looking for a German- and French-speaking IT Service Desk Analyst to join its team, based anywhere in the EU. The role provides first-level technical support and covers a broad range of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools
• Give first-level technical support and respond promptly to employee and client-site questions
• Document problems and build the knowledge base
• Support hardware migration teams with information, reports and lists
• Take part in process improvement activities
• Consult with IT experts when the right course of action is unclear

Required profile

• Fluent German and English; French is a big advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to handle several clients at once
• Able to work independently while following direction and best practices
• Planning and organising skills, and a supportive team-player personality
• Criminal record extract not older than three months must be declared
