Senior Product Manager (Remote from EU)

About the role

CloudTalk is an AI-powered business phone system and AI Voice Agent platform serving customers in 160+ countries. As a Senior Product Manager, you will join the R&D teams and shape the future of AI + human communication for the core Sales & Support segment, while expanding qualification and deflection-like cases in other industries. The role is fully remote, with optional offices in Bratislava, Prague, Barcelona and Brno.

Key responsibilities

• Research core users directly and indirectly, then craft a vision and strategy aligned with product and business goals.
• Turn that knowledge into a well-researched strategy and roadmap that drives growth.
• Co-lead customer discovery with Product Management and Product Design, run journey-mapping sessions, identify key tasks for the user segment and align R&D and GTM teams.
• Work with Product Marketing, Customer Experience and R&D to iteratively identify, validate and define solutions to users' challenges.
• Collaborate across R&D and the wider company to improve approaches and drive product-led decision-making.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B, preferably in audio, visual or omnichannel communication, with a focus on manager and operational user personas.
• Proven track record of measurable changes in user behaviour that move company and customer metrics.
• Experience explaining business value, risks, user flows and impact of multi-phase initiatives clearly.
• Comfortable talking to busy frontline managers and to executive leadership.
• Stress-resilient, focused and highly organised.

Required skills

• AI fluency, with concrete examples of workflows rebuilt such as discovery synthesis, spec drafting and competitive analysis.
• Ability to spot errors in AI outputs and own the quality of shipped work.
• Use of qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions.
