Junior Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Finance team in Brno. The Junior Finance Controller position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and wants to develop a career in controlling within an international manufacturing company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular financial reports, analyses and management summaries.
• Prepare cash‑flow overviews, forecasts and support the budgeting process.
• Monitor costs, analyse variances and track key financial indicators.
• Support monthly and annual closing activities.
• Process and check incoming invoices in SAP.
• Assist with accounting and administration of accruals.
• Prepare statistical statements and internal reports.
• Maintain records of low‑value assets and cooperate with the Accounting team.
• Support internal audits, financial controls and process improvements.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or university education in Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Initial experience in finance, controlling or accounting.
• Understanding of basic double‑entry accounting principles.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Analytical thinking, strong attention to detail and systematic work style.
• English language skills at B1 level or above.
