Senior Audit Analyst - Brno/Ostrava

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Audit Analyst for its Audit team in Brno/Ostrava. The team combines talent and technology to deliver high-quality audits for Czech and international clients, in a collaborative environment that encourages learning and professional growth. As a Senior Associate, you will lead smaller audit teams, take ownership of more complex engagements and help develop junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smaller audit teams and coordinate audit documentation from planning through completion.
• Deliver audit work in line with PwC and regulatory quality standards.
• Identify issues, analyse data and draw well-supported conclusions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coach and support junior team members through effective delegation.
• Collaborate across PwC service lines and seek specialist input when needed.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and engagement teams, and manage interactions with senior client leadership.
• Contribute ideas that improve audit quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience.
• Strong Czech/Slovak and English communication skills.
• An ACCA qualification in progress or motivation to start is a plus.
• Experience leading junior team members is a plus.
