Junior Robotics Control Engineer

About the role

Revelrobotics builds robots that learn from expert human work and perform tasks on site. As a Junior Robotics Control Engineer you will join a fast‑growing team in Prague, working directly with senior engineers to develop and tune control software for real‑world robots.

Key responsibilities

• Help design, implement, and tune control algorithms under guidance from senior engineers.
• Support testing of controllers in simulation and on real hardware.
• Assist in debugging control and hardware‑integration issues.
• Support documentation and testing practices.

Required profile

• Coursework or project experience with control theory fundamentals (PID, state‑space, feedback control).
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++; MATLAB/Simulink experience is a plus.
• Understanding of basic robot dynamics and kinematics.
• Working knowledge of ROS or ROS2 (nodes, topics, launch files) from coursework, personal projects, or internships.
• Basic familiarity with Linux command line and Git version control.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn in a hands‑on environment.
