Learning & Development Project Manager

About the role

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Project Manager to design, coordinate, and evaluate learning initiatives that boost employee skills and engagement worldwide. You will work within a dynamic L&D team, driving high‑impact projects that enhance the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate learning projects end‑to‑end, from needs analysis through execution and outcome measurement.
• Organise in‑person events and virtual instructor‑led workshops, handling logistics and participant communications.
• Manage learner enrollment, nominations, attendance tracking and ongoing engagement.
• Maintain learning databases and the Workday Learning LMS, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
• Collect intake forms, feedback, perform data entry and analysis, and produce reports on learning success metrics.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify skill gaps and optimise training design and delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing L&D projects in a global, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ability to translate learning needs into measurable SMART goals.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders.
