Line Manager – Biscuit Factory

About the role

Mondelēz is looking for a Line Manager for its largest biscuit factory in Europe, based in Opava. The role is responsible for running the production lines and their results, and is described as a key role representing the company's values and principles on the factory floor.

Key responsibilities

• Run the production lines and drive their results, relying on experience and independence
• Solve problems on the line and reduce waste using lean manufacturing tools
• Care for the team: ensure safety on the line, support employee development, keep communication regular and open, motivate and engage every team member
• Drive processes, systems and the team forward, track results and propose improvements

Required profile

• A good leader who can motivate and develop a team
• Experience in a similar position in a production plant; the product does not have to be biscuits
• An owner's mindset for the line, pushing processes and systems forward
• Fluent English to work with colleagues worldwide
