Logistics Partner Manager

About the role

You will own and develop the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) network across the Czech Republic, driving last‑mile efficiency, budget stewardship, and strategic growth. This position sits at the intersection of operations, logistics, and partner management, reporting to senior logistics leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the DSP network strategy, ensuring consistent performance and clear communication across partners.
• Manage budgets and lead transformation projects focused on cost reduction and scalability.
• Plan capacity and design a nationwide recruitment strategy to secure optimal courier resources.
• Lead, mentor, and develop internal specialist teams (trainers, last‑mile specialists, buddy teams).
• Act as the primary liaison between DSP partners and internal logistics, collaborating with DC managers and quality teams.
• Prepare and present performance analyses, recommendations, and results to senior management.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, transport, operations, or senior account management.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and make rapid, informed decisions.
• Resilience under pressure and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and fluency in English and Czech.
• High adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic environments.
