Manager - Management Consulting

About the role

PwC's Technology Consulting team in Prague works on large-scale business and technology transformations for leading financial institutions, collaborating with PwC teams across the CEE region and Western Europe. As a manager, you will lead technology and transformation projects through the full lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation and change management, acting as a trusted advisor to clients in the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology and transformation projects from requirements analysis to implementation and change management
• Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients in financial services
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and support the professional development of junior colleagues
• Drive project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines and client expectations are met
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements and shape technology solutions using project management methodologies
• Contribute to business development, including proposals, upselling and offering development
• Collaborate with local and international PwC teams on cross-border engagements and support the growth of the Technology Consulting practice

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, ideally in financial services
• Proven track record delivering technology-driven transformation projects
• Strong understanding of finance and banking business processes
• Fluent English and Czech or Slovak
• Nice to have: experience leading complex transformation programmes in banking, mentoring consultants, business development and pre-sales experience, and certifications in project management, Agile or related disciplines
