Marketing & Communications Expert – Employer Branding

About the role

Accenture is seeking a proactive Marketing & Communications Expert to lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives in the Czech Republic. You will design, coordinate, and execute campaigns that attract top talent, while strengthening our talent brand across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent‑brand activities aligned with Accenture guidelines to attract top talent.
• Plan, manage and coordinate events such as workshops, open days, conferences, meet‑ups and partnership opportunities.
• Create engaging, brand‑aligned social‑media content that resonates with students, graduates and professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business area representatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to ensure consistent employer branding across all platforms and events.
• Track, analyse and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and events, using metrics to refine future strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students, graduates and professionals.
• Good understanding of social‑media platforms and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing, preferably with exposure to the IT sector.
• First experience or internships in marketing, recruitment marketing, event management or employer branding is a plus.
• Creative thinker with an analytical mindset, able to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Czech and English.
