Network Operations Center Analyst

About the role

Join the Business & Technology Services team at a leading global payments company, based in Prague. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing system and batch processing performance to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of system and batch processing performance.
• Develop and deliver performance reporting, analytics, and insights for business decision‑making.
• Administer and continuously improve automation tools, processes, and reporting solutions across production environments.
• Collaborate with IT, application support, and business teams to resolve issues and support production deployments.
• Support business continuity, conversion/de‑conversion activities, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in IT operations, bank‑card/payments industry, or similar environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to identify performance trends.
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English at a communicational level.

Required skills

• Knowledge of mainframe and/or distributed systems.
