About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our modernising plant in Ústí nad Labem. You will be involved in the complete manufacturing process, from assembling components to preparing orders for shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to defined production procedures.
• Perform quality checks on individual pieces.
• Participate in packaging and order preparation for dispatch.
• Work at various stations during the shift.
• Support the modernisation and expansion of the plant.

Required profile

• Manual dexterity and ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn new processes.
• Desire to develop a career in manufacturing.

Required skills

• Experience or willingness to work with CNC machines.
