Pathways Of The Future Graduate Program

About the role

Maersk’s Pathways of the Future Graduate Program is an 18‑month rotational scheme designed for recent graduates to develop a career in supply chain and logistics. Participants will work across operations, commercial, sales and product departments while receiving structured training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Work on diverse assignments in operations, commercial operations and sales, interacting with customers and global peers.
• Participate in cross‑departmental, mission‑based projects to build functional and people‑related skills.
• Follow a structured career development plan with coaching, mentoring and on‑the‑job learning.

Required profile

• Strong interest in logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding.
• Higher education diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations or equivalent.
• Maximum two years of post‑degree work experience.
• Fluent in Czech and English (oral and written); additional Central‑South European languages are a plus.
• Geographically mobile within Central‑South Europe and legally entitled to work in the Czech Republic without sponsorship.
