People Operations Expert – French Speaking

About the role

AB InBev is looking for a People Operations Expert who speaks French to ensure smooth HR processes for employees across Belgium, Luxembourg, France and the Netherlands. You will partner with People Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver a consistent, compliant employee experience throughout the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support HR processes including onboarding, off‑boarding, leave management, internal mobility and the annual People Cycle.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners to align processes with local legislation and company policies.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR procedures, legislative updates and employee‑relations matters.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and SAP, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
• Monitor labour law changes and translate them into practical HR policies.
• Identify and implement improvements to simplify, automate and enhance HR processes and the employee experience.
• Use data and KPIs to track process performance, flag risks and recommend enhancements.
• Support change‑management initiatives, including communications and training for new systems or regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and French‑language proficiency.
• Hands‑on, people‑focused mindset with the ability to work across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
