Presales Architect, Digital Sales (Polish Speaker)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise's Digital Sales department, based in Prague, is hiring a Presales Architect who speaks Polish. The role is onsite, with the expectation of working mainly from an HPE office. It is a technical role focused on architecting solutions that meet customer business and technical needs, covering hardware, software, services and as-a-service offerings, and supporting sales teams and customers with presentations and demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions and customer proposals, explaining the value of the company's portfolio and addressing customer IT trends, requirements and gaps
• Perform due diligence on technical designs, workload needs, expectations and budget
• Explain new technologies and trends, track competitor offerings and contribute to product and solution development
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, understand their capabilities and limitations, and help build the pipeline by spotting unmet needs
• Support the opportunity pipeline, take part in sales forecast meetings and document work throughout the sales cycle
• Share knowledge with peers and help customers make business decisions

Required profile

• First-level university technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications
• 0-2 years of technical experience in IT
• Relevant industry certifications are preferred
• Strong written and spoken English and strong proficiency in Polish

Required skills

• Basic experience assisting with solution configuration and architecture design, and creating demos and presentations
• Basic understanding of the company portfolio and hands-on technical skills in product domains
• Basic understanding of the as-a-service (aaS) business model
• Consultative and value selling skills, including live product demonstrations
• Project and time management, and basic CRM tools
