Process Engineer (Junior Manager Program) – Rakona Plant

About the role

P&G Rakona plant in Rakovník is looking for a Process Engineer to join its manufacturing team and optimise production processes for its brands. The role sits in one of two organisations within the plant, either production-packing or production-making, and starts with a 1-year Junior Manager Program focused on innovation, maintenance and optimisation of production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign and develop manufacturing processes and systems
• Monitor existing equipment and optimise its performance and maintenance requirements
• Plan and coordinate projects with other team members, on time, within budget and with attention to safety and quality
• In the packing area: identify performance losses, key projects and tools for maintenance production management
• In the making area: support continuous improvement, learning programmes for operators and team leaders, and simplify and standardise work

Required profile

• Master's degree in any field; chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering preferred
• English at communication level; minimum basic Czech or Slovak
• Leadership, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to present results
• Proactive, flexible, communicative and eager to learn; previous experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are also invited
