Procurement Site Leader - Indirect Purchasing

About the role

CCR is looking for an experienced procurement professional to lead indirect purchasing at its manufacturing site in Mýto, Czech Republic. The role covers production equipment and maintenance, spare parts and facility services, with a focus on cost improvement, supplier partnerships and collaboration with international procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage indirect purchasing across MRO, CAPEX, facility management and services.
• Lead sourcing and negotiations, including RFQs/RFPs, supplier selection and contracts.
• Find savings through spend analysis, supplier consolidation and cost optimisation.
• Build supplier relationships, monitor performance and manage supply risks.
• Work with Maintenance, Facility Management and Plant Management to support operations.
• Collaborate with global procurement teams on category strategy, reporting and process improvements.
• Support purchase order approvals, delivery follow-up and resolution of supplier or invoice issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years of purchasing experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with indirect purchasing, MRO, CAPEX or technical procurement is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business or a related field.
• Fluent Czech and English.
