Product Manager – Web Personalization

About the role

Bloomreach is seeking a Product Manager to own the Web Personalization area of its Engagement platform. You will shape the vision and roadmap for web‑layer experiences, on‑site personalization blocks, experiments and their orchestration across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Web Personalization, aligning with the broader Engagement strategy.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and go‑to‑market teams to deliver features that simplify personalization for marketers and integrate deeply with Bloomreach’s data and AI capabilities.
• Run discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to identify pain points, validate opportunities and prioritize improvements.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery: write PRDs, work with UX, manage trade‑offs, and ensure successful rollout and measurement of new features.
• Ensure tight integration of web personalization with scenarios, CDP segments, and other channels such as email, SMS and mobile.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience with web personalization, experimentation or related digital experience tools.
• Strong customer‑centric problem‑solving ability and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proven ability to align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and comfort with ambiguity.
