Senior Business Consultant (French language)

About the role

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to help e‑commerce clients maximise the value of the Bloomreach Engagement platform. You will work with top brands across Europe, guiding them through implementation, data migration and platform adoption while delivering measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Become a subject‑matter expert on the Bloomreach Engagement platform and mentor the consultancy practice.
• Gather business requirements, design data structures, manage data migration and deploy automated programs.
• Audit websites and online shops, design and evaluate A/B tests, and propose improvements to boost conversion rates.
• Communicate with clients through virtual channels and on‑site visits, providing training, reports and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product services and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in B2B or B2C e‑commerce, agency, or in‑house roles.
• Growth mindset, curiosity and ability to quickly understand customer problems.
• Independence, self‑organization and comfort navigating ambiguous situations.
• Fluent English; French language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with marketing‑technology or customer‑engagement platforms such as Bloomreach Engagement, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Adobe, Braze or Emarsys.
• Background in performance marketing, CRM, analytics, marketing automation or personalization.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools, large language models or AI agents.
