Production Planner (TASKI) - Lovosice

About the role

Solenis, a global provider of water and hygiene solutions, is looking for a TASKI Planner based in Lovosice. The role covers production planning, SAP-driven analysis and continuous improvement of OTIF, backorders and product availability across Europe and the US. It requires an office presence of 2 days per week in Lovosice.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prepare production schedules, workflows, sequences and lead times to meet customer demand and shipping targets
• Monitor and adjust production plans, expedite delays and respond to unforeseen conditions
• Analyse plant capacity, production data and requisitions to optimise processes and resource allocation
• Support OTIF and backorder analysis for Europe and the US, improving availability and service levels
• Manage and optimise SAP workflows, MRP data and master data settings
• Produce and analyse strategic (DMD, MRP, CPI, Default Plant Shipment) and tactical (Old Objects, Open PO) reports
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions with Supply Chain stakeholders
• Support product transfers such as CZ assembly and bought-in products, and identify supply chain optimisation opportunities including intercompany and 3PA flows
• Support planning projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Experience in production planning, supply chain or manufacturing operations
• Ability to work cross-functionally and across regions (Europe and US)
• Strong organisational and communication skills in a planning environment
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on optimisation and efficiency

Required skills

• Strong SAP expertise (MRP, master data, workflows, planning tools)
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills, able to interpret complex data sets
• Experience with OTIF, backorder management and service level optimisation
• Root cause analysis and corrective action planning
• Understanding of capacity planning, manufacturing processes and supply chain flows
