Public Area Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Augustine Hotel Prague, a 13th‑century monastery turned ultra‑luxury hotel, is seeking a Public Area Attendant to keep its public spaces immaculate and welcoming. You will be the face of the hotel’s pristine image, ensuring every guest experiences the highest standards of 5‑star hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the lobby, hallways, restaurants, event spaces and historic courtyards in flawless condition.
• Deliver cleaning and deep‑maintenance that exceeds luxury standards.
• Greet guests warmly and contribute to a subtle atmosphere of quiet luxury.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisors to monitor supplies, maintain equipment and use eco‑friendly products efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring safe pathways and presentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering immaculate spaces.
• Reliable, proactive team player with good communication skills.
• Professional demeanor, discretion, punctuality and guest etiquette.
