QA GCP Auditor

About the role

Medpace is seeking a full‑time QA GCP Auditor to join its Quality Assurance team in Prague. You will work closely with operations and external sponsors to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice standards across European sites.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Medpace operations to drive continuous improvement.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct internal system audits and external site/vendor audits.
• Create, maintain and update departmental SOPs, forms and templates.
• Develop training materials, tests and guides for audit processes.
• Host sponsor audits and support regulatory inspections.
• Lead QA projects, manage timelines and coordinate workload among auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA GCP department.
• Proven experience with GCP site and vendor audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of working time across Europe.
