Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, quality‑driven Quality Manager to maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System within GXO’s logistics environment. You will lead all quality‑related activities, ensure compliance with customer and internal standards, and promote a quality‑focused culture across the warehouse operation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in line with customer, company and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal, customer and external audits, manage corrective and preventive actions, and ensure audit readiness across all warehouse departments.
• Monitor quality KPIs, analyse trends, conduct inspections and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate quality‑related training, support onboarding, and act as the main point of contact for customers on quality performance and improvement activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work in a dynamic, multi‑priority setting.
• Fluent English and Czech for daily cooperation with international colleagues and customers.

Required skills

• Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation and maintenance.
• Auditing principles and CAPA processes, including root‑cause analysis.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and reporting tools.
• Documentation control and batch traceability procedures (FEFO/FIFO).
