Team Lead – Warehouse Operations

About the role

GXO is seeking a motivated Team Lead to oversee a group of warehouse operatives in its Velké Meziříčí facility. You will ensure smooth daily operations, meet performance targets, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organise and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve operational objectives.
• Plan and coordinate daily activities, assign tasks and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Provide training, coaching and ongoing support to develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, work procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, implement corrective actions and drive efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Stock Management and other support functions.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education.
• Experience leading a team in logistics, manufacturing or a similar operational environment.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent Czech language and willingness to work shift‑based schedules.
