Sales Manager – MICE (Luxury Hotel)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – MICE to lead our luxury events and corporate business at the historic Augustine Hotel Prague. Based in a 13th‑century monastery, you will shape the hotel’s presence in the high‑end MICE market and drive revenue across rooms, banquets and unique event spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, secure and manage corporate, conference and incentive business to meet and exceed MICE revenue targets.
• Design and implement targeted sales strategies that outperform competitors.
• Build and nurture relationships with event planners, MICE agencies, corporate clients and international PCOs.
• Conduct site inspections and present the historic property to prospective clients.
• Represent the hotel at client meetings, industry trade shows, networking events and internal revenue strategy sessions.

Required profile

• Proven track record in luxury hotel sales, focusing on MICE and corporate segments.
• Strong network and existing connections in the local and international MICE market.
• Fluent English and Czech; additional languages are a plus.
• Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with Opera Cloud property management system.
