Sales Representative – Training & Services

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to promote and organise training sessions for our customers and business partners. The role combines sales, coordination and daily customer contact in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Actively offer training sessions to customers and business partners.
• Serve as a key contact for customers, resellers and vendors.
• Manage participant registrations and provide administrative support for training sessions.
• Coordinate dates, materials and ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
• Prepare mailings, marketing and supporting materials.
• Handle invoicing and receivables records.
• Contribute to updating web content related to training sessions.

Required profile

• At least secondary education.
• Experience in sales, customer support or coordination.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Independent, detail‑oriented and strong organisational abilities.

Required skills

• User‑level PC skills, especially MS Office.
