Sales Representative - Training & Services

About the role

An international company is looking for a Sales Representative for its training and services business in Ostrava, Czechia. The role combines sales, coordination and daily contact with customers and business partners, offering an independent position where you plan and organise training sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Actively offer training sessions to customers and business partners
• Be the main contact for customers, resellers and vendors
• Manage participant registrations and give administrative support for training sessions
• Coordinate dates, materials and the delivery of training sessions
• Prepare mailings, marketing materials and supporting materials
• Handle invoicing and receivables records
• Contribute to updating web content about training sessions

Required profile

• At least secondary education
• Experience in sales, customer support or coordination
• Independent, detail-oriented and well organised
• Written and spoken English

Required skills

• User-level PC skills, especially MS Office
• Communication and organisational skills
