Senior Audit Analyst – Brno/Ostrava

About the role

Join PwC’s growing Audit team in the Czech Republic as a Senior Audit Analyst. You will lead smaller audit teams, manage engagements from planning through completion, and work with both Czech and international clients in a collaborative, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate audit teams on complex engagements.
• Prepare and review audit documentation in line with PwC and regulatory standards.
• Identify issues, analyse data and present well‑supported conclusions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coach junior team members through effective delegation and feedback.
• Collaborate across PwC service lines and seek specialist input when required.
• Contribute ideas to improve audit quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience.
• Strong Czech/Slovak and English communication skills.
• ACC​A qualification in progress or strong motivation to start.
• Proven experience leading junior team members.
• Ability to present technical topics to non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent relationship‑management and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
