Senior Project Controller

About the role

The Controller – Project supports project managers in budget preparation and project completion reports while analysing key project KPIs. They work closely with various teams and the Group on data alignment and drive efficiency improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support project managers in preparing construction budgets by evaluating estimated costs, standard unit prices and recent tender prices.
• Assist project managers and regional directors in preparing project completion reports.
• Prepare and analyse key project and company KPIs and related reports.
• Cooperate closely with the construction director, procurement, accounting and legal teams.
• Align and reconcile data and KPI methodology with the Group controlling team.
• Participate in agenda changes aimed at increasing efficiency or implementing new systems.
