Senior Consultant - Technology Consulting

About the role

PwC Technology Consulting, which blends business and technology to deliver transformation projects across Europe, is hiring a Senior Consultant in Prague. The team works with diverse organisations and technologies, and the candidate's manager, Petr Chadima, leads the Technology Consulting team for Financial Services. The role suits an experienced IT or FinTech consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Co-lead projects across the full lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution design, planning, testing, implementation and change management.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored technology solutions.
• Coordinate project teams and mentor junior colleagues.
• Support the delivery of technology-driven transformation projects in the Financial Services sector.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals, pre-sales support and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with local and international PwC teams on cross-border engagements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in a multinational or local technology firm, ideally with a consulting background.
• Knowledge of business processes in Finance and Banking.
• Proven experience delivering projects with a strong technology component.
• Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (a strong advantage)
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication and stakeholder management
