Senior Geographic Legal Counsel Analyst (Czech/Slovak)

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Senior Geographic Legal Counsel Analyst to provide comprehensive legal and compliance support across corporate functions. The role focuses on internal policy compliance, risk mitigation, contract execution, and legal research for both local and global matters, with a particular emphasis on Czech and Slovak jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal advice to internal teams such as Workplace Solutions, Marketing, HR, CIO, and IT on daily operations.
• Support compliance areas including Ethics, Anti‑corruption, Competition Law, Data Privacy, Intellectual Property, and conflicts of interest.
• Review and flag compliance risks, ensuring alignment with Accenture’s global and local policies.
• Assist with entity matters, drafting corporate documents, Board resolutions, and managing powers of attorney.
• Liaise with on‑shore counsels and internal stakeholders, escalating issues as needed.
• Develop and maintain checklists, process documents, tracking reports, and SharePoint sites.
• Provide training and supervision to new team members and oversee small work efforts.
• Collaborate with the legal tech team on tool enhancements and new technology implementations.

Required profile

• Senior‑level analyst with strong legal background and experience in corporate compliance.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and make decisions that may affect own work and that of others.
• Experience interacting with peers, supervisors, and occasionally clients or senior management.
• Capability to work independently with minimal daily instruction and moderate guidance on new assignments.
