Senior Manager / Director, Data and AI Technology

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Manager / Director for Data and AI Technology in Prague. As a senior leader in the Czech Republic's AI practice, you will shape and scale PwC's AI technology, engineering and development capabilities, working with clients across industries to design, build and deploy advanced AI solutions. You will lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects and AI governance specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction for AI technology, development and AI governance services within PwC.
• Design and lead delivery of end-to-end AI solutions, from data engineering and model development to production deployment and operation.
• Advise executives and technology leaders on AI architectures, platforms, delivery models and governance frameworks.
• Contribute to PwC's market presence through thought leadership, demonstrations and executive-level discussions on AI technology, AI Trust and value creation.

Required profile

• Typically 8+ years of experience in AI engineering, data science, advanced analytics or AI technology leadership, ideally in consulting, industry or large-scale digital programmes.
• Hands-on or architectural experience with AI and ML development, data engineering and production deployment of AI solutions.
• Experience with industrialized AI use cases such as computer vision, predictive analytics, automation or AI-enabled operations.
• Commercial mindset, including experience supporting business development, shaping offerings and growing client relationships.
• Professional fluency in English and Czech.
