Senior Marketplace Specialist – Amazon

About the role

Vilgain is looking for a senior professional to own and expand its presence on Amazon across multiple markets. You will be responsible for both the technical setup and commercial growth of Amazon Seller and Vendor accounts, launching new markets and driving performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop Vilgain on Amazon Seller and Vendor platforms.
• Launch Amazon in new markets and manage the full lifecycle from setup to growth.
• Manage listings, catalogue, pricing, availability, content and promotions.
• Handle technical topics such as feeds, integrations and marketplace tools.
• Monitor sales, margins, stock and performance and turn data into action.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve marketplace performance.
• Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance and e‑commerce teams.
• Improve marketplace processes and help shape the international marketplace strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Amazon marketplace experience.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller and Vendor platforms.
• Experience launching or growing marketplaces in new markets.
• Comfortable with technical aspects of marketplaces (feeds, integrations, catalogue and data).
• Experience with other marketplaces such as Holland & Barrett or TikTok Shop is a strong advantage.
• Experience across multiple markets, shops or entities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• High ownership and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent English.
