Senior Project Management Specialist – Learning & Development

About the role

The Learning & Development Project Manager manages end-to-end learning design, development, localization and delivery initiatives within Global Learning & Development's Regional Capability Center in Prague. Reporting to the Production Team Leader, the role keeps learning projects on time, within scope and to GLD quality standards, coordinating designers, developers, localization leads, stakeholders and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several learning and development projects at once, from initiation through delivery, with detailed plans, schedules and milestones.
• Assign work to designers, developers and localization leads and coordinate handoffs between design, development, review, localization and deployment.
• Monitor progress, escalate risks and issues, and lead project meetings and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with GLD standards and governance, and support continuous improvement of workflows and cycle times.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; 6+ years in project management, preferably in learning, training or content production.
• Demonstrated end-to-end learning project experience, using waterfall, agile and hybrid approaches.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced production environments; experience in global or matrixed teams preferred.
• Preferred: pharmaceutical industry experience, L&D experience, international experience, PMP or similar certification, budget management experience.

• Project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
