Senior User Experience (UX) Professional

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX activities for complex digital products, from discovery and research through concept validation, interaction design, usability testing, and post‑launch improvement.
• Apply human‑factors and user‑centered design methods to simplify workflows, reduce cognitive load, and minimize training needs across medical devices, applications, and mobile platforms.
• Translate research insights and business requirements into user journeys, information architecture, service blueprints, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Plan and facilitate user interviews, contextual inquiries, co‑creation sessions, and usability studies, synthesising findings into prioritized recommendations.
• Establish and govern consistent UX standards, interaction patterns, and reusable design frameworks while guiding UI execution for visual consistency and accessibility.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience in UX design, research, interaction design, or human factors with a strong portfolio of end‑to‑end work.
• Proven ability to plan and conduct user research, synthesize evidence, and translate insights into clear product and design recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated skill in influencing cross‑functional teams and turning complex user and business needs into actionable designs.
