ServiceNow Architect – Prague

About the role

Devoteam, a ServiceNow Elite Partner and technology consulting firm, is looking for a ServiceNow Architect in Prague to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation. The architect bridges complex business challenges with technical solutions, designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions and contributing to software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to the organisation's needs, partnering with the product team and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise during implementation of new ServiceNow functionalities and document the ServiceNow architecture internally.
• Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery.
• Implement, configure and maintain interfaces and integrations with third parties.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to extract business requirements and turn them into technical solutions.
• Help scope projects, estimate effort and prepare Statements of Work (SOW).

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology field such as computer science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of implementation experience (developer or lead developer) in ServiceNow.
• At least 2 years of experience designing the ServiceNow Platform and ITSM architecture.
• Project management skills and experience managing the technical work of 3-15 consultants (developers, testers, BAs).
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Scripting or programming (JavaScript, SQL, DB).
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM.
• Presales support and C-level stakeholder communication.
