STIBO STEP Business Analyst (MDM/PIM)

About the role

Nexer Czech Republic, a division of DANIR AB, an IT consulting and R&D company, is looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Business Analyst. You will be functionally responsible for implementing and delivering MDM or Product Information Management (PIM) solutions, acting as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams so that requirements are captured accurately and aligned with data governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own MDM/PIM solutions end-to-end and gather, document, analyse and prioritise business requirements
• Analyse current processes and data landscapes to find gaps and improvements
• Prepare functional specifications, process maps, data flows and user stories
• Facilitate workshops and communicate between business and technical teams
• Work with Data Architects and consultants on data modelling, taxonomies, attribute configuration and product hierarchies
• Support data quality, governance, validation rules and testing, and help with user training and change management

Required profile

• Previous Business Analyst experience in MDM, PIM, Data Governance or Data Management projects
• Ability to turn requirements into functional specifications and strong stakeholder management
• Fluent English; based in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary or Poland
• Nice to have: consulting experience, workshop facilitation, knowledge of MDM implementation methodologies

• Understanding of data governance, metadata management and data quality
