Technical Sales Lead for eMine Solutions

About the role

ABB is seeking a Technical Sales Lead to drive commercial and technical aspects of eMine electrification solutions for the mining sector. The role bridges customers and ABB’s global teams, supporting the end‑to‑end sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation and ownership of commercial offers for eMine solutions, coordinating inputs across Trolley, Dynamic Charging, and Static Charging tracks.
• Coordinate technical study engineers and system leads to develop technically sound offers and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Act as primary commercial and technical contact for customers during the operational sales phase, presenting offers and managing negotiations.
• Provide feedback to improve the offer process and support handover to execution teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in technical sales or application engineering, preferably in industrial electrification or mining.
• Fluent in Czech and English.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering and power systems knowledge.
• Experience with traction, charging, E‑house solutions and power distribution.
• Offer management and cost estimation.
• Technical negotiation and contract discussion.
